8:30 AM August 7th, customer service decided they would not release our order, even though a manager had previously changed the order from delivery to pickup due to shipping delay. Customer service lady said it was against there policy, which I understand. What I don’t understand is the nasty attitude when we were only trying to figure out what to do to get our order. We had a staff member named Tim cut glass for us to a certain size and we were so grateful this service is offered here!! It takes a lot of time to measure and cut, so it was incredibly awesome he got it done the same day we walked in. Tim was great! The staff here are all friendly and look for ways to help guests. Daneen was also very helpful! We were looking for small magnets and she knew exactly where to find them
Store is ran poorly. Management is the worst I’ve seen in 52 years of living. Management extremely unhelpful, unfriendly and provides the furthest thing away from quality customer service imaginable. As cold and condescending as humanly possible. No one knows where anything is or how things operate. Got 10 different stories from 6 to 10 different people.
